The Private Membership package provides a license for an individual trader to have full access to all Upperman on-line proprietary futures trading systems.  Their are currently two main online systems.  These are, the IMPA Position Trading System and our newer Advanced Swing Trading System.  Both systems combined consist of over 800 proprietary graphs, charts, and unique indicators.  This includes historical price data and graphs, COT data and graphs, seasonal analysis and unique graphs of commercial / price seasonality.  Both trading systems provide clear buy & sell trigger indicators designed to establish the initial buy or sell setup.  A list of proprietary criteria is provided that must be met to complete a setup, and thus warrant an entry into a market.  The IMPA system uses UCL/LCL trigger selections for the initial selection, and the Swing Trading System uses a proprietary Over-bought (OB) and Over-sold (OS) indicator for its initial selection. Daily technical indicators and proprietary price tracking methods assist with the timing of entries and exits once these core selections are triggered.  Members have full access to the entire trading systems which includes all indicators, methods and graphs with manuals on how to use them. Prices are tracked and updated daily using an end-of-day tracking method.   The price data is filtered to remove bad ticks and only PIT SESSION activity is tracked.   Reports are written twice daily to assist in managing positions.  The systems contain both Selection & Timing indicators in the following 45 markets:   

IMPA = Individual Market Participant Analysis.  IMPA indicators are derived from the COT data.

Each market is regularly evaluated for strength, weakness and fundamental setup conditions.  Automated daily activity reports track the most active and least active markets on a daily basis.   Movement is tracked in points (tics) and automatically translated to dollars in our charts, graphs and automated reports.  This makes it more simple to track and evaluate changes in your account, as well as progress in your positions.  Each market is tracked daily and easily evaluated at the end of the day.  It is not necessary to remember any symbols or month codes.  Everything can be accessed from one page by simply "pointing and clicking" to access all information and graphs!   This enables members to spend their time in examining and studying the markets, rather than fiddling with software or memorizing symbols and month codes.  Our systems track the front months, as well as the spread between the current front month and next month out!  We roll into subsequent months using a proprietary roll technology that automatically selects the next lead month in advance, tracks this information for you, and rolls the charts and graphs for you.  In addition, the roll technology identifies the most optimum time for the trader to roll from an expiring contract to the next contract!  Rolling is a fact of  life and frequently occurs with members, since our members tend to be in profitable positions for fairly long periods of time (longer than the average trader).  This is because of our methodology and systems for managing our positions, which enable us to reduce our risk to virtually zero quickly in a trade, and then manage our profits while letting them accumulate as the position matures.   

We have extensive position management methodologies, as well risk containment procedures and rules.  Furthermore, our roll programs identify the next lead month weeks and months in advance, and give us an up-to-date daily status on the time remaining (in calendar days and trading days) before the roll date!  Thus, we are well prepared to roll if necessary, and do so at the optimum time, which further optimizes our profit potential!  

In addition to access to the system, all members also have access to Daily Morning & Evening market reports written by Floyd.   These reports support the system and are written to assist members with using the system and to discuss current opportunities and market positions.   To further assist members, we have developed three Proprietary Trading Manuals.  These manuals cover the system, all the charts & graphs and how to place orders in detail.  We have also recently added a HELP page (questions & Answers).  The HELP page is full of information pertaining to the system, the data, charts, graphs and the methods.  Access to specialist reports (Specialists are members who now trade full-time and help write reports) are now available in the private vault to members.   The on-line database of evening reports dates back to January 1998 and also contains a wealth of information.

The purpose of these reports is to assist members with using our unique proprietary strategies and online data. These reports are updated each evening by 9pm PST (12am EST).  I review the markets and the proprietary data in these reports. Discussions may also include buy & sell information when market conditions warrant such action.  I also discuss current events (elections, economic news and world wide events) which impact or influence the markets.  Remember,  many things influence people and people influence the markets!

All of our price graphs and price studies are based on  PIT session price data.  We do not lump night and day sessions together.  We take the time to track the sessions separately.  Currently our studies and online graphs are based on day-session prices when all participants are present and active in the market.  Our databases our maintained using strict data integrity controls.  Many online trading services pay little attention to the integrity of their data.  I've seen this for many years now.  However to be accurate with your market assessment (when using data to make that assessment) you must ensure the accuracy of your data.  Your system will only be as accurate as your data!  ALL trading decisions are based on the price behavior to some extent regardless of the system or method.  Therefore accuracy is crucial. Our database is managed daily so that when a bad price is discovered (which is rare unless the exchange makes a mistake) it can be immediately corrected.  We also rebuild our databases daily to address the smaller (less noticeable) corrections in open interest or volume that the exchanges regularly report and publish.  
   
   

7. Every Sunday night I publish a special detailed weekly market analysis where I review and discuss the weekly data including the weekly COT update and our IMPA trigger selections for the week.  I also review the positions from the week before (total profit/loss for the prior week).  This practice is very help for senior members and very insightful for those that have not done much position trading in the past.  For example one quickly realizes the potential as well as the benefits to holding positions and allowing profits to grow.
