from Floyd that gets to the heart and truth of things:
I want to thank you
for taking the time to look over my website and consider my services.
Before you read any further I want to make something very clear right
away. Yes
I do trade. I use the data and strategies provided to members
of this web-site.
However, trading futures is not my only source of income. I also
invest in and own real estate, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and money
market funds. I trade the electronic stock indices (emini S&P)
intra-day (day-trade) too. I also own and invest in raw bullion (Gold,
Silver, Platinum, Palladium) as well as rare coins. I am a member of the
American Numismatic Association (ANA #R-204923).
I run
all of my personal finances as one big business. But in addition to
this, I have also have been involved with several additional businesses
down through the years. As a rule of thumb, I
only stay involved in businesses that provide a profit and/or have the
potential to provide a profit. Providing access to my trading systems and my
trading experience through this web site earns me a profit too, as it
should based on the work I do here as well as the many years of research
(countless hours of late night programming). I provide valuable
advice, assistance and mentorship (leadership) to individual investors and
independent traders all around the world! What I provide is NOT
free! But as I mentioned above, everything I do involving my finances I
manage as a business. That obviously includes providing access to my
programs and proprietary data via this website! And if it were not
profitable for me to do this, I simply would not do it. I am
being honest with you here! Refreshing isn't it! Many
commodity guru's, educators, CTA's, web-developers, newsletter writers,
mass-emailers, or whatever you want to call them, claim they are only
helping people out of the goodness of their heart. In other words, they
claim they are operating some sort of commodity advice charity for the
poor souls who don't know how to trade... If someone tells me that, I take
it as an insult to my intelligence and you should too. 99.999% of all
those who provide a service to educate or help other traders are doing it
to be compensated as well. And if they are legit and honest,
in my opinion they should be compensated fairly for their
work.
About
my service...
I
will tell you this (honestly) as well - I believe in my heart that
the proprietary statistical data and indicators I provide here, on this
site, are among the most powerful in the world! For example, click
on the link below to see my brokerage statement showing the profit
(out of multiple contracts I purchased) in the 2003 Soybean IMPA buy
setup. I entered this IMPA buy setup using call options and posted the
trade from beginning to finish in my evening reports. I entered with
everyone else (posted my predetermined entry) in early August 2003. My
position management methods enabled me to capture a nearly
1000% return on part of the position. For example, I paid $525 per
option (and I bought many, no not 1, not 2, not even 5, I am talking about
many more than that here)! And I sold some for well over $4000 each

This sale on this one position was more than I paid for 8 contracts (and
yes, I bought more than 8 on this trade too, so I am talking a real
whopper here when all is said and done).
Now
that I've got that out of the way, I have one more item I want to
discuss as well!
I am often asked why
I provide access to my system if I have such a good
trading system. In other words, Why don't I just trade my system
myself, realizing all the rewards, rather than providing access via this
service?!?
As stated above, I do trade my systems and strategies. However, no system can guarantee
profits and ALL good systems experience losses (drawdown) as well as quiet times when there
is nothing setup to trade. Many people mistakenly believe that
there are always opportunities to make money trading. This simply is not
true! A successful trader waits for the right conditions to
setup (based on a system or method) before establishing a position. This waiting
time can vary. This is where many new traders often make mistakes.
They get impatience and place trades simply for the sake of entering a
position (in other words they want the action). I
have learned through my own costly mistakes that trading for the sake of trading results in
nothing but loss (in the long run). I have also learned
that the markets do not care if I need to make money today, this week or
next week.
With trading, you have to wait for the opportunities. One can not
force an opportunity from the market! Sometimes there are many opportunities with our
systems, and sometimes
there are none. By providing this service in addition to my other investments
(such as stocks & real estate), I am able to secure a regular stable
income while building and growing my portfolio of diversified investments!
Best of all however, I am doing what I enjoy most, every day! And
that is tracking, trading, and studying the markets! This is my
main business! There
is not a day that goes by that I am not thinking about or trading in
some market some where in the world! Through this service,
I only hope that I can provide you with some of the knowledge I have gained
through my many years of experience in tracking and trading many
markets. Furthermore, my trading methods, indicators, and charts are unique to my systems and trading methodologies.
I built these systems myself, including the indicators and the charts that
the indicators are
plotted on! This is work that I have done over the course of the past
15+ years now!

You know, it is actually strange getting accustomed to the 3 digit prices in
the S+P. I know it sounds stupid, but you get used to eyeing up the quotes quick,
and now you have to readjust. Day trading for me is still going well. I meant
to write you a while ago, I have had some incredible days when all the advisory
services that give free trials and even my brokers email service were saying
to do the opposite of what I was doing. The 120 bucks I spent on your s+p daytrading
video may have been one of the best investments I ever made. That tape is a
real bargain. It has opened up a whole new way of trading for me. I still
use some indicators and standard chart analysis, but it's more as confirmation,
